Executive Director / President / CEO
-
Who do you turn to when you need advice and perspective in how to lead your nonprofit?
-
Are you struggling with the stress of multiple challenges?
-
It can be lonely at the top, and you need a confidential or critical conversation.
-
Maybe you need an honest perspective to make better decisions.
-
Do you face challenges of earning the public trust; aligning mission, methods, and resources; succession planning?
-
Are you frustrated in dealing with multiple bosses?
-
Do you need more clarity as a leader?
-
Is connecting with other nonprofit leaders who could support and guide you of interest to you?
If that resonates with you and you desire to excel in your journey, the Nonprofit Leader Peer Group is for you!
We facilitate discussions with other nonprofit leaders to exchange ideas, information, and experiences to grow abilities and competencies so you can be successful in your career or business. We also bring in experts and special guests to lead discussions about Board responsibilities and management, organizational governance, member management, fundraising, staff management, and more.
Maybe you started with lofty ideals and a desire to “change the world” and now every day is a challenge.
Or maybe you’ve built your nonprofit from the ground up and had great early success, but now you feel you’ve plateaued and need to find an avenue to kick it up to another level.
You know you have to make decisions every day. The impact will be huge. But who really understands the stress and sleepless nights you go through either trying to make the decision or afterwards when you need to deal with the fallout?
Or who really understands what it’s like to have a new ‘boss’ every year…or multiple ‘bosses’ telling you what to do?
You need somewhere you can talk about your challenges, doubts, struggles and dreams. A place that’s safe to discuss the serious issues you are facing and find advice for solutions.
That’s where the Nonprofit Leader Peer Group will help.
